Hello, Iâm Irina Sanchez de Lozada.
In this space, Iâd like to share a little more of my story - and how I came to do the work I do today, helping ambitious professionals and entrepreneurs build success that is meaningful, sustainable, and profitable.
Success has always mattered to me.
For 15+ years, I built a successful career in the corporate world, in the financial sector.
I climbed the ladder.
I earned recognition.
I was well paid.
On paper, my life looked exactly the way success is supposed to look.
But behind the achievements, something else was happening.
I was constantly under pressure.
Carrying mental load.
Moving fast.
Solving problems.
Performing.
Doing and doing.
And over time, the cost started to show.
My energy dropped.
My motivation faded.
The work no longer excited me.
Even my life outside work began to shrink.
What troubled me most wasnât just the exhaustion.
It was the growing awareness that the way I was succeeding was draining me - and that if I kept going like this, success would eventually cost me more than it gave back.
Not just my health or presence.
But my joy.
My relationships.
And, sooner or later, my results too.
At first, I thought the answer was a change of environment.
So I left the corporate world and started my own business.
I believed that entrepreneurship would bring freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment.
And in many ways, it did.
But something unexpected happened.
The pattern didnât change.
I was still pushing.
Still operating under pressure.
Still carrying everything on my shoulders.
Still working hard for results that often felt heavier than they were rewarding.
Different setting.
Same mode of operating.
Thatâs when the real questioning began.
I realised it wasnât where I was working that was the issue - it was how I was building success.
And deeper than that, what kind of success I was actually building in the first place.
I started asking questions I had never slowed down enough to ask before.
Is success really supposed to feel this heavy?
Is pressure the price you pay for ambition?
Is this constant doing, fixing, and pushing really the right way to achieve the bigger goals Iâm aiming for?
Where am I actually heading - and why? Is this destination still relevant to who I am now and what I truly want?
Instead of pushing harder, I decided to pause and look for real answers.
Over the years that followed, I immersed myself deeply in understanding how humans actually function when they perform, create, lead, and grow at high levels.
I studied neuroscience, quantum physics, performance physiology, breathwork, state mastery, human behaviour, psychology, and strategy.
I invested time, energy, and a significant amount of money.
I tested everything in my own life first - not looking for hacks, but for truth.
And slowly, a different picture began to emerge.
What I realised was simple - but profound.
â Â You cannot build real success while constantly running on empty. No amount of discipline or ambition can replace real energy, motivation, and enthusiasm.
â The way you move toward success matters just as much as the goals themselves. Pressure might work short term - but over time it destroys clarity, creativity, and sustainability.
â Â If the destination youâre heading toward doesnât genuinely inspire you, even achievement will feel hollow over time.
â Â Bigger visions require a different type of strategy than the one we use for regular, short-term goals. What works for hitting targets and ticking boxes doesnât work for building something bigger, deeper, and more expansive.
â Â And - if itâs not looked at - you become your own biggest obstacle. Blind spots, old patterns, and unconscious ways of thinking will quietly sabotage progress, even when youâre capable, driven, and doing âeverything right.
One by one, I began learning how to change these elements in my own way of succeeding.
It was far from easy.
Knowing the insight is one thing.
Actually living it - and making it work in real life - is something else entirely.
Some of these shifts felt obvious the moment I saw them.
Others, I resisted.
I argued with.
I didnât want to believe.
And with some, I simply couldnât find a practical way to apply them - no matter how hard I tried.
I worked with coach after coach.
Program after program.
Each one helped in one area (sort of helpedâŚ) but never in the whole picture.
Something was always missing.
Something never quite moved the needle in the way I needed it to.
Thatâs when I realized a hard truth:
I couldnât find one person who could help me integrate all of this.
â¨Â So I had to create it myself.
Through years of testing, studying, failing, adjusting, and trying again, I began to connect everything into one cohesive system - a clear, practical way of building success that is meaningful, sustainable, and financially profitable.
Naturally, the first place I applied it was my own life.
And this is what happened.
đ Within nine months, my annual income became my monthly income.
đ At the same time, I started working less than ever before.
đž I came back to my tennis school.
đ To dance school with my husband.
đ To slow mornings.
đĽ To seeing friends regularly.
đĽ To taking Fridays off again.
đ To having my weekends fully free.
I felt more vibrant.
More alive.
More confident in my body and myself.
I looked - and felt - younger, lighter, sexier than I had in years.
And thatâs when I realised something important.
I hadnât just changed my own life.
I had uncovered a very clear, practical way of building success that isâŚ
â¨Â Energising rather than draining
â¨Â Meaningful rather than empty
â¨Â And financially strong.
And I knew, without question, that this was the work I was here to share.
This was what I was here to teach.
Because this path isnât something I learned once and now talk about.
I walked it - step by step.
I lived it.
I tested it.
I embodied it.
Not once.
Not twice.
But again and again.
And even now, I donât just teach this work - I live it.
I keep learning.
I keep evolving.
Because I teach what I want to master.
And I believe deeply in staying in full integrity with everything I offer.
đ So if success matters to you - but you want to succeed in a way that is energizing, meaningful, and deeply satisfying - know this:
Youâre in the right place.
You donât have to figure it all out alone.
You donât have to waste years repeating the same patterns.
Just meet me at the starting line - and letâs walk this path side by side, toward a different way of succeeding, a different future, and a different version of you.
Love,
Irina
