Hi! I’m your host, Career Growth Strategist & Coach & creator of the of the world-known Aligned Career Mastery™ System (ACM).
I once felt stuck, lost, and directionless in my career in finance – waking up every day thinking, “There’s got to be more to my career than this.”
But I didn’t know at that moment what a purposeful career looked like and for years I just kept doing what I thought was the best - progressing in the same industry, focusing purely on getting higher titles, bigger bonuses and more recognition and appreciation.
At some point it simply stopped working for me.
I knew there was more to life than what I was doing. I felt my career path was not for me anymore and yet I had no idea what it was that I wanted instead.
